Discover Cesenatico
The sweet town on the Adriatic Coast

Since ancient times, Cesenatico has been a fishing and trading centre and still today life revolves around the channel and the port, designed by Leonardo da Vinci. Leonardo's study represents an important milestone in the town's history and a further evidence of the crucial role played by the port in the life of the town and of the whole area.

Today the oldest part of the channel hosts the Maritime Museum with restored ancient boats, characterized by colored sails, which testify the identity of a town always linked to the sea. In the restaurants along the channel, you can taste the traditional cuisine, based on courses of fresh fish. The Printing House Braghittoni is the little historical store of the block printing situated on the waterfront of Cesenatico. Among the beautiful tablecloths decorated with traditional designs, you will find prints decorated with fish, dolphins, whales and other sea creatures.
